Well the Singapore show ended up being radical, reminded me a lot of some shows back in Sydney, sorta like blackwire in terms of size, and hanging out outside, except noone was allowed to wear shoes in the room and everyone likes us ;) Big thanks to James, Glenn, Cher and 707!!!
Flesh Disgorge - A Gore-grind band that are hilarious with some amazing grooves, not taking themselves seriously and being amazing musicians is an awesome combination.
The Bloody Rejects - Chick hardcore group - some fucking sweet hardcore punk with toughgirl vocals. nice cover of "attitude" by bad brains too!
xyogyakartax - Singapore posi-fastcore, they didnt play nor were ever mentioned at the show but I think they are going to be my new fav singapore band ;)
More hanging in Little India, eating, drinking tea and beers until the wee hours of the morning (well matt crashed early and we ran rings around him, but you get the picture), currently running off a couple hours sleep in transit.
So I ended up waking up feeling good at breakfast, got sick of waiting for those sleepy fuckers and head out for a day away from the dudefest, Santosa Island. I met back up with them after their breakfast at 2pm for more 15 strong dudefest sightseeing, indian vegan food, pillow talk with Glenn, Durian, Mangosteen, Ramatams.
Its now 7am and I think ready to dive headfirst into the much discussed Indo scene.
